Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days on all In-Stock
items.
Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service)
Ground. Other shipping options for your spa gift are available at an
additional cost.
We do not ship
Softub Chemicals or
Softub Accessories to PO Boxes or Foreign addresses.
Return Policy
Pre-approval is required for all
Softub
Spa supply returns - please call or e-mail for authorization.
Returned product and package must be unused, like-new, and in a
re-sellable condition. Product can be returned for original product
purchase price (shipping is nonrefundable). Product must be returned
within 15 calendar days for full refund. Product returned after 15
calendar days is subject to a 30% restocking fee. Product must be
returned via UPS with freight prepaid by customer. No CODs will be
accepted. No returns after 30 calendar days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders (such as a
Softub Accessory) are cancelled on a best effort basis. Once your
order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our
Return Policy. If you have the need to cancel an order that has been
placed on our website and has not been shipped you can do so in e-mail
or by telephone instruction.

Any personal information you share with

Catcher will be closely guarded. Our shopping cart is safe and secure
(using encrypted codes) and your personal information will not be
